ABOUT THE LESSONS
What are your qualifications?
I have a Bachelor of Teaching, am an NSW accredited teacher, and hold WWCC and Police Checks.
Tell me more about your tailored lessons?
The lessons go for 60 minutes and as many times a week as requested/needed. I support and meet your child at their level. I use evidence-based strategies and resources that enhance learning, aiming to foster confidence in learning. I use a range of resources and strategies to suit your child’s needs. I work closely with the parents so that they can support their child's learning outside of their lessons.
When are your lessons?
I go by the NSW school term dates. The lessons run from Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
My child is homeschooled, can I send them to you?
I currently have students who are being homeschooled. I run literacy and maths lessons that support what you are already doing at home. These lessons run during school hours.
Do you travel?
As well as working from my lovely home classroom in Wentworth Falls, I do travel within the Blue Mountains and Greater Western Sydney. It is an added cost to my hourly rate.
Are the lessons fun?
Yes! Learning is meant to be fun, engaging and inspiring! Being competent in literacy maths is a reward in itself. Parents are more than welcome to sit in and see what goes on!
