At The Holistic Centre for Neurodiversity, we specialise in providing neuroaffirming therapeutic supports for autistic and neurodivergent individuals of all ages.
Our services include:
Therapeutic Skill Development Sessions
1:1 and small group sessions for children aged 3 years and up, focused on emotional regulation, communication, sensory processing, and functional life skills

Combining creative, body-based, and evidence-informed approaches to support wellbeing, growth, and self-understanding

All sessions are delivered by our multidisciplinary team of qualified and registered therapists and educators, with a shared commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based practice.
We create safe, engaging environments where neurodivergent people can connect, express themselves, and build the skills to thrive — in their own time, and in their own way.
