THERAPEUTIC
SUPPORTS
Our person-centred Therapeutic Supports are designed specifically for autistic and neurodivergent children, teens and adults. Each session adapts to the person’s sensory profile, communication style, and processing needs—supporting emotional wellbeing, identity, autonomy, and growth.
We offer a blend of creative, body-based, and talk-based approaches, grounded in neuroaffirming practice and tailored to individual therapeutic goals.
Two Streams of Therapeutic Support
• Art Therapy and Counselling — combining creative expression and talk-based approaches
• Integrated Counselling — combining body-based, somatic, and talk-based approaches
Each therapy plan is tailored to the participant’s individual needs, goals, and therapy style, and can be aligned with their NDIS plan goals.

Session Options and Bookings
1:1 Sessions
Available in a 1-hour format
We welcome NDIS plan-managed and self-managed participants, as well as private clients
Please note: To support confidentiality, parents are not in the room during sessions. Brief involvement can be arranged if needed.
Our Therapeutic Approach
Combining talk-based and body-based approaches allows our therapists to support the clients' emotional development in a more integrated and effective way—particularly for autistic and neurodivergent individuals.
By weaving movement, art-making, mindfulness, and body-based awareness practices alongside conversation, our approach supports emotional regulation, self-expression, and personal growth. This leads to meaningful, lasting growth beyond the therapy room.
Whether in one-on-one or small group settings, each session provides a space to explore relationships, self-worth, and lived experience—without pressure to mask, perform, or conform.
